We are excited to welcome you to our bi-monthly BDPros “Lunch with a Business Development Leader”. This series connects motivated and success-driven BD professionals, at all levels with accomplished Business Development leaders. The small intimate group will allow the participants to connect and grow through storytelling and a Q&A session in an inclusive and relaxing atmosphere over lunch.
Guest Speaker: John Perez
Mr. Perez is a seasoned construction and facilities management professional with more than 35 years of leadership and technical expertise across multiple sectors. He has successfully developed and implemented market penetration strategies, driving growth and high EBITDA in project and facilities management. From 1988 to 2013, John specialized in healthcare and life sciences before expanding his technical expertise to commercial office, cultural arts, higher education, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, nonprofit, retail, themed entertainment, transportation, and ultra-high-end residential sectors. As a Profit Center Leader, he is responsible for business development, staff recruitment, and professional coaching across national markets. John excels in optimizing profitability, utilization, and strategic gap analysis to ensure a balanced and successful project portfolio.
